Terms of sale

These terms apply when you buy or download anything from nogimmickslab.com: courses, sample packs, presets, MIDI and free downloads, and when you join No Gimmicks Lab. The seller is No Gimmicks Media LLC, 8 The Green, Ste B, Dover, DE 19901, USA (“we”). By completing a purchase or a download you agree to these terms.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in euros. Payments are processed by Stripe; Lab memberships are billed through LaunchPass. Where sales tax or VAT applies, it is calculated at checkout based on your location. Your receipt is emailed to you.
Delivery
Everything is digital. Courses open in your account on our site straight after payment, and downloads appear on your downloads page and in your email. We sign you in with a one-time link sent to your email address, so use an address you can access. If something doesn’t arrive, email support@nogimmickslab.com.
Sample packs, presets and MIDI: what you can do
- Use the sounds in your own music, released or unreleased, commercial or not, on any platform. You keep 100% of your royalties. Credit is welcome but not required.
- Edit, process and resample them inside your own productions.
What you can’t do
- Sell, share, upload or give away the files themselves, on their own or as part of another sample pack, preset bank, construction kit or library, even if edited.
- Register the samples on their own with a content ID system (for example YouTube Content ID).
The files remain our property. You receive a personal, non-transferable license to use them as described above. The same applies to free downloads.
Courses
A course purchase gives one person lifetime access to the course for as long as we offer it, including future updates. Please don’t share your account or sign-in links, or redistribute the videos or project files. Project files and stems included with a course are for learning and may not be released as your own work.
No Gimmicks Lab membership
The Lab is a monthly subscription that renews automatically until you cancel. Cancel any time through LaunchPass; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Free trials turn into a paid membership at the end of the trial unless you cancel before it ends. Feedback in the Lab is our honest opinion and does not guarantee any release, stream count or result.
Refunds
You can get a full refund within 14 days of purchase. The details are in our refund policy.
Liability
We provide our products as they are and do our best to keep them accurate and working. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or lost data. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law where you live.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country and can bring a claim there. Before any formal step, please write to us so we can try to fix it.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version that applies to a purchase is the one shown on the date you made it.
