Refund policy

If something you bought isn’t right for you, email support@nogimmickslab.com within 14 days of your purchase and we will refund you in full. No forms. Just tell us the email you used and what you bought.
Courses and paid packs
- Full refund if you ask within 14 days of the purchase date, even if you have already watched or downloaded it.
- The refund goes back to the payment method you used. Your bank usually shows it within 5 to 10 business days.
- Your access to the course or download ends when the refund is made, and the license to use the files ends with it.
- After 14 days, sales are final, unless the product doesn’t work as described and we can’t fix it.
No Gimmicks Lab membership
- Cancel any time through LaunchPass. You keep access until the end of the month you paid for, and you won’t be charged again.
- The No Gimmicks Guarantee: Submit one track in your first 30 days. If the feedback doesn't give you a clear, specific path to improve it, email us and we'll refund your month. No forms, no friction.
- Months already used are not refunded otherwise.
Free downloads
Free packs cost nothing, so there is nothing to refund. You can ask us to remove your email from our list at any time.
Your legal rights
In the EU and UK, consumers have a 14-day right to withdraw from online purchases. For digital content that right can end once you start downloading or watching. Our 14-day refund applies either way, so you are covered whichever comes first. This policy does not limit any other rights you have under the law where you live.
